Travis Coughlin is a 16 year old St. Joe's student who has shown all-around excellence in a number of sports. On the ice, he's been a goaltender since the age of eight, and has won numerous MVP and tournament MVP awards as a member of the South Stormont Selects and the Seaway Valley Rapids. He's won two SD&G high school hockey championships with St, Josephs, and has also played for Akwesasne in the Eastern Ontario Jr. B League.
In high school, Travis plays soccer, football, badminton, track & field and volleyball and has been named Jr. Boys Soccer Rookie of the Year, Junior Male Athlete of the Year, Most Dedicated Athlete, and Senior Soccer MVP,
An accomplished golfer, he's won individual awards, and was part of the team that claimed a Junior Valley League Championship in 2004.
Not only does Travis play hockey, he's a certified Level 3 referee in the South Stormont Association, and worked the Bell Capitol Cup in 2006/07.
