South Stormont Sports Hall of Fame

Sarah graduated from St. Joseph's Catholic Secondary School this past June. Sarah was the MVP of her basketball team each of her four years in high school. Every year St. Joes were SD&G "AA" champs and in 2013 they were EOSSA "AA" champs.  Sarah was involved with the athletic council each of her four years at St. Joes. She won the athletic contributor of the year award this past June.

In her earlier years of competitive basketball Sarah was a member of the CUCBA Cornwall Lions travelling team and eventually moved on to play for a team in Gloucester. For the past two years Sarah has played for the Ottawa National JUEL program. The JUEL program is the highest competitive level for girls in Ontario, and this past summer she worked at basketball camps hosted by Western University.  Sarah hopes to continue her success on the court this Fall as she will start her varsity basketball career.
