South Stormont Sports Hall of Fame

Meagan attended Rothwell-Osnabruck in Ingleside, and in her graduating year she was chosen as the Senior Female Athlete of the Year. From 2007 to 2010, Meagan played every sport the school offered. In her high school career she qualified seven times for the Eastern Ontario Championships while competing in tennis, badminton and track and field. She was MVP on various teams including: tennis, badminton, volleyball, and soccer. She also played basketball and was a member of the school's athletic association. From 2007 to 2010, Meagan worked hard to represent her school and for her efforts she claimed two SD&G Championships in track and field. Meagan also played minor hockey for South Stormont and the Cornwall Typhoons. Her Typhoon team attended the provincial championships on four occasions.

Meagan was actively involved in many aspects of school life at R-O and was on the honour roll each of her four years of high school. Meagan plans on pursuing the Social Service Worker program at St Lawrence College this fall.
