South Stormont Sports Hall of Fame

Alex is a graduate of CCVS in Cornwall. Alex has won numerous awards at CCVS for football, soccer and basketball. These awards include MVP's and athlete of the year awards.

In 2014-2015 CCVS won the SD&G football championship. Alex played quarterback as well as free safety. Alex has competed at the OFSAA level in javelin, placing in the top 15 students in Ontario three years in a row.

Alex played 4 years with the Cornwall Wildcats in the OVFL. Two years in a row his team finished with a 6-2 record and were semi-finalists. In 2015-2016 Alex was a member of team East Ontario who won gold medals. Alex gives back to the community by helping coach in the Cornwall Wildcats football program at the peewee level.

Alex will be attending the University of Ottawa this fall on an athletic scholarship for football and will be studying economics and political science.
